DDR VESSELS XXI

DDR VESSELS XXI is an affiliate of SUARDIAZ Group for decontaminating, dismantling and recycling boats. Located in the port of El Musel in Gijon, it serves European Union shipowners who are required, by law, to take their boats to a plant specialising in ship waste management at the end of their useful life.

DDR VESSELS XXI is a pioneer company in Spain. It has a unique access ramp that meets European regulations. It has Integrated Environmental Authorisation (IEA) for integrated contamination prevention and control and managed to make that compulsory for any other plant wishing to open in Spain, demonstrating that it is committed to, and respectful of, the environment.
