The project, which will be completed in the first quarter of 2026, includes a 30,000 m2 logistics centre and a 14,000 m2 vehicle depot
Madrid, January 8, 2025. SUARDIAZ Group, a leader in integrated logistics, has acquired a 56,000 m² plot in the Megapark industrial area of Dos Hermanas (Seville). This prime location benefits from its proximity to the port and excellent connectivity to the SE-40 and A-4 highways. By the first quarter of 2026, the space will feature a 30,000 m² logistics center with a capacity of 50,000 pallets and a 14,000 m² vehicle depot accommodating up to 700 vehicles.
The logistics center will cater to importers and exporters in sectors such as food, retail, e-commerce, automotive, and aerospace. Within its 30,000 m², it will house 800 m² of office space, 50 loading and unloading docks, and a dedicated 5,000 m² area for positive refrigeration storage. Additionally, the company has plans to expand the logistics center by an additional 9,000 m² if required.
In line with SUARDIAZ Group’s commitment to sustainability, the site will hold ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 certifications and will be classified as a food-grade, sanitary, and Public Customs Warehouse (DAP). The project also includes the installation of photovoltaic panels on the building’s roof and other areas, generating over 7,000 kWp of renewable energy.
Jose Ignacio Saez, Corporate Product Manager of the Logistics Infrastructure and Warehouse Development Unit at SUARDIAZ Group, commented:
“The new facilities significantly expand our capacity in integrated logistics infrastructure, enabling us to continue providing exceptional service to both current and future clients. The strategic location in Seville, where we already operate, strengthens our multimodal door-to-door transport offerings while supporting our advisory services across the entire logistics value chain. Our focus on environmentally certified logistics centers and renewable energy use is a key pillar of this project.” Currently, SUARDIAZ Group operates twelve warehouses across Spain’s main logistics hubs, totaling more than 150,000 m², and manages seven port terminals covering a combined area of over 1,500,000 m².
