One of Suardiaz Group’s key pillars are its employees. Work-family conciliation is an important objective pursued internally. For this reason, the company has joined the bronze program of “Bebe de París” .
With this initiative, Suardiaz supports its employees at the time of their children’s births, one of the happiest moments of their lives, giving them two gifts.
The first gift is given at the moment the employees communicate they are going to have a child. They receive the guide “Vamos a ser padres”, written by two mothers, one of them being a gynecologist with more than 30 years of experience. This guide is very complete and up to date on the different stages of pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum.
The second gift is sent directly to the hospital or employee’s home at the time of birth, with a personalised hamper to congratulate them on the baby’s arrival.
Suardiaz Group joined this program to show its support to all its employees and congratulate them in this unique special moment of their lives.
